Cancellation Policy
If you need to make any changes to your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Your timely communication helps me serve you better, allowing me the chance to accommodate you or fill your slot if needed. I want to ensure you receive the best experience possible, avoid you any fees, and your cooperation makes that possible
If you’re receiving multiple services and need to cancel one, please let me know 24 hours prior. This small act of kindness allows me to adjust my schedule and try to fill that spot, ensuring no one is left waiting.
Please understand that without this 24hr notice, there will be a 50% fee of the service(s) booked.
If you’re unable to make it without informing me, resulting in a NO-SHOW, 100% of that appointment will be due. I kindly ask that this fee be settled before booking your next session. To reserve your spot again, a booking fee will be required, ensuring your commitment.
